More than just a box on the roof!

- Does there appear to be enough headroom in the loft?
- Will I be happy with ‘Velux’ type windows or do I want dormers?
- Do I want a dormer facing the road ?
- What space on the ground floor will I be happy to loose to accommodate the staircase ?
- Does my roof appear in good condition ?
- Can I achieve my needs with an extension instead of a loft conversion ? – extensions are often better value for money
- Sometimes it is better value for money to have a new roof designed giving greater space for your investment, rather than a compromise space with a possible low ceiling.
Design & Plans Fee from £750+vat (subject to seeing project) once fee agreed it will be a fixed price to include a reasonable amount of alterations.
